It is a sweet comfort of bakery vanilla with a sophisticated crackling fireplace scent! Its top notes are smoked vanilla and toasted marshmallow. This is the perfect fall scent as well and it doesn’t give me a headache.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect smoky, sweet candle for a crackling fire vibe WoodWick candles are my favorite! The characteristic gentle crackling sound really plays into your senses as if you have a fire going. It’s so soothing to me. The packaging is sleek and the candle looks great anywhere I place it too. I was wary choosing the vanilla embers scent but was pleasantly surprised when I smelled and lit it. It’s the perfect “campfire” smell with a touch of sweetness, very reminiscent of one of my favorite smells from a large brand at a more affordable price point. I find WoodWick candles to last longer compared to a traditional wicked candle too which makes it a better value in my opinion. I’ll always love these candles!

I adore WoodWicks, especially since we have a gas fireplace so we don’t get the crackle of a fire in the living room. In the fall, when we snuggle up by the fireplace I will definitely enjoy the sensory impact of this candle. But I’m not a huge fan of the scent- it makes me want to check to see if the oven is burning something. Not my typical vibe given the anxiety it’s triggering! But it’s definitely a powerful & effective little guy!

And lasts a long time. This particular fragrance is not one that i would purchase again, but I will try another from this line

It comes in heavy duty glass that does a great job at protecting the candle. It has a clean and elegant look, with a matching fragrance profile. Love these candles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Burn Im not going to lie I was skeptical about a wooden wick candle as I have had different ones I have used and did not like them due to the fact a black soot type smoke came off them. The Wood Wick candle had none of that and burned great. Its a low flame not huge which I like versus a wick candle. I love the scent as it has a spring fall vanilla scent. You can smell the candle through the whole house which I love about Yankee candle candles. I will definitely be buying the wood wick candles.

I actually initially thought this candle would be a bit bigger but it does smell and look lovely. It’s in a glass jar and 3 toned. The wood wick is a cool feature for the candle making lighting it unique as well. The smell is noticeable but not overpowering.
