COLORS AND SMELLS OF THIS CANDLE ARE VERY DIFFERENT FROM THOSE THAT I USUALLY BUY. THE BLACK AND WHITE COLORS MAKE THIS A PERFECT CANDLE FOR FORMAL OCCASIONS. THE GLASS CONTAINER THAT IT'S IN SHAPE IS VERY ELEGANT AND ALSO WORKS WELL FOR A FORMAL OCCASION.

We joked about "multi-sensory", but it's awesome.
Great ambiance. I am now a fan of the Woodwick ellipse. It really is soothing, almost like having a fire in the fireplace, without the heat. You get the crackle and visual appeal of the flame plus a lovely warm woodfire scent. We laughed at the description of the multi-sensory experience, then found it thoroughly enjoyable. I would send a photo, but I waited too long!

Maybe 50 hours or so. I threw mine away halfway through because it was impossible to keep the wick trimmed to where it would burn evenly without smoking. It really put me off all wood wick candles.

This one combines: Fireside - This Woodwick&reg; signature fragrance balances the natural scents of amber, vetiver and musk to perfectly capture the essence of a cozy evening by a warm fire. Redwood - A complex scent combining rich redwood with sandalwood and soft amber. Sandalwood Clove - Fragrant Sandalwood is combined with a sweet clove spice.
