It also has the wooden lid, as usual, which is great for keeping dust out when not in use. The scent is lovely. It’s light with citrus and pink pepper. It doesn’t have a fake overpowering scent at all. This is my go to brand for home and gift giving. I love the way it crackles when lit. These candles are always a good value for the quality they bring. The new shimmering glass will make holiday gift giving more beautiful.

The scent is bright and juicy, like fresh grapefruit with a soft sweetness, and it fills the room without being overpowering. And the scent does not fade, it lingers even after the candle is out. The crackling wick adds that cozy background sound that makes the whole vibe feel relaxing. The jar and lid look very nice, and are easy to open and close. It does burn a little faster than I’d like, but the scent and ambiance make it worth it.

The wooden wick gives off this lovely crackling sound as it burns. It makes it feel extra cozy and like I have a real fire burning (I wish I had a fireplace sometimes for the crackling sounds and somehow this candle totally makes up for it with its smell and sounds). The wax melts evenly and fills the room so nicely. I love that the scent spreads nicely because with some candles you literally have to be sitting within a few feet of it to smell it. This allows everyone in the home to smell it without it being too light or too overwhelming. I’ve been a fan and purchaser of WoodWick candles for a while. They make fantastic holiday gifts…whether it’s for White Elephant or as part of a gift for women AND me. It’s a fan favorite by all!
