It lights easily, burns with great intensity, and really boosts the fragrance, making the whole space smell wonderful.

It burns clean and even and does not leave a big hole in the center. The glass container is so pretty too! The glass does not get hot while burning so it’s safe to place on any surface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive Citrus Forward Fancy Candle At A Low Pr A supremely sweet and citrusy candle that looks very expensive but is shockingly low priced. I am a candle lover so to say I was impressed with this candle is an understatement. True to the name, there was a bright poppy grapefruit esque scent that perfumed my kitchen post cooking. It was sweet and unctuous, and not once did I get any artificial scent from it which can happen with gourmand scents. This has sky rocketed to one of my favorite candles I have ever used and I’m excited to repurpose the candle container once I’m done burning it. The scent lasted quite a long time - I would say a one hour burn left a lingering scent for another 3-4 hours in my kitchen. Will be buying from this brand again!

I really like the way the wick lights quickly and makes a gentle popping sound while it’s burning. I’m not a big fan of the logo on the vessel, but overall it has a pretty pleasant appearance. It lights very quickly and consistently, and the smell wasn’t overwhelming. It didn’t give me a headache, which is a good thing. But you could definitely smell it on the floor in which it was burning.

The first burn is absolutely stunning—the crackle is warm and comforting, and the fragrance hits with a gorgeous burst of pink pepper, juicy lychee, sparkling aldehydes, and grapefruit. It fills the room quickly and creates that high-end, boutique-style atmosphere you expect from a premium candle. As the candle continues to burn over the days, the throw does soften sooner than I anticipated. It’s still present and pleasant, but not quite as bold as those first few hours. That’s the only thing I’d change if I could. Everything else is pure luxury. The flared metallic glass jar is elegant and display-worthy, and the Pluswick wooden wick adds a unique multi-sensory experience with its soft crackle and glowing flame. The fragrance itself is beautifully layered, moving from bright top notes into floral hibiscus, tart berries, and gardenia, and finally settling into amber, spun sugar, and rosewater. The premium soy-paraffin wax blend burns evenly, the wick is responsibly sourced, and the overall presentation feels like something you’d gift—or treat yourself to just because. I’ve burnt it for quite a few hours already and it’s staying very even and seems to have a great burn time! No assembly or installation required just put it where ever you please and light the wick for a great smelling room!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive Candle I burn A LOT of candles, so I have a lot of basis for comparison. Overall, I really enjoyed this candle and will definitely buy more of them. I thought the jar and lid were pretty. There is a subtle sparkle throughout the jar, and the lid looked like high quality wood. The wick is wood, and it is meant to make a crackling sound, sort of like a fireplace, as it burns. I found this to be quite true. I have an open floorplan home, and if it is burning on the island in my kitchen, I can hear it in the living room. It’s a nice, relaxing sound in the evenings. The scent was nice and had a good strength to it, but it wasn’t quite my taste. Pomelo is very citrusy and kind of sour, and right now, it being fall, I was really wanting a warmer scent. I also found it to be a long-lasting candle. One day I lit it in the morning as I was packing my son’s lunch, and as I continued to get ready for work, I must have forgotten to blow it out. When I returned home 9 hours later, the house smelled wonderful and I was so surprised to see the candle was only half gone. This wasn’t even the first time I had burned it! (And don’t worry, my husband works from home, so it wasn’t too dangerous leaving it lit all day. I just hadn’t meant to.) So, yes… I am quite pleased with this WoodWick candle and plan to buy more.

It does smell amazing but it also crackles and that sparkling crackling sound that it makes is so so soothing and relaxing like if you close your eyes for a little bit you literally feel like you’re sitting instead in front of a fireplace. I like that it comes with the lid as well. It looks very stylish, but also is very functional. I also appreciate that the wick is not flimsy.

The wick is so unique and interesting! I love the glow it gives and the faint crackling noise. It makes me feel all cozy like I should be curled up next to a fireplace. The glass jar is also gorgeous and metallic…perfectly neutral for any room in the house! The candle itself if heavy and for what you get, is affordable and comparable to other brands. And the scent?!! Scents of pink pepper, juicy lychee, and sparkling aldehydes bring this fragrance to the heavens. It’s a 10 out of 10 all the way around.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Relaxing and refreshing! This candle has a very clean scent, not sweet or too manly. Maybe a bit citrus and woodsy. I enjoyed the relaxing sound and light scent with my bath. I also love the metallic candle jar and I’d like to keep it once the candle has been burned out. I’m happy with this item! It fits perfectly on the side of my tub and I was able to decompress and let my worries fade away while using this. I gave it four stars just because there are other scents I would have chosen before this one. I don’t dislike the scent, it’s just different than my typical picks.

It wasn’t a very strong scent which is sometimes nice but I hoped for more. I learned I’m not a big fan of woodwick candles as the noise of the burning wick made me paranoid a fire was starting. Overall it’s okay, but probably would not repurchase.
