Uneven melting
I love the scent of this candle, but unfortunately it is burning very unevenly, leaving several inches of wax on one side of the glass as the other melts down. I’m worried it won’t be able to burn as long as expected. I’ve never seen this with a Woodwick before so I guess I’m hoping it’s a fluke.

True Vanilla Scent that Lasts!
I was looking for a good vanilla scented candle and happen to come across Vanilla Bean in the WoodWick brand. I had never tried the WoodWick brand before and was a little leary about it since it was a unique type of candle. I'm so happy I gave it a try. I'm hooked on this brand now and I love Vanilla Bean. It has great throw and the scent really fills the room. It gives off a cozy feeling. I like a strong scent that lasts and doesn't fade away over time. This candle doesn't disappoint. It's for sure in my top 5 favorites!

My new favorite candle!!

I’m not normally one to reach for a vanilla scented candle. Some companies make the smell too sweet (like bakery/food items), some make the scent too artificial and smoky, and some just don’t have much scent at all. But Woodwick has come up with the most rich, decadent, and luxurious vanilla candle I’ve ever smelled! The jar is gorgeous, and the wood crackling sound is the perfect mood setter! The scent will fill up the room in a delicious and warm way, without overpowering. I look forward to burning these during the fall/winter months!!

I have never had any problems with mine smoking a lot. It might a little but not a lot. You might try trimming the wick some. I hope this helps.

I know this is an old question, but directions on the candle say that for best result to burn for 3-4 hours at a time. After burning for 3.5 hours I've burned approx. half an inch of wick. My guess is I'll get at least 18 hours of burn time from the large hourglass candle.
