When burning I can smell all throughout the first floor of my home, but not too strong in the immediate vicinity. The crackling sound of the Woodwicks are great - very relaxing especially with the scent. Please don't ever discontinue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful wood and spicy tobacco, simply the BEST I consider myself a candle connoisseur and have quite the collection of Yankees, Woodwicks, and competitors' candles. This is by far my favorite fragrance, and on top of that it performs exceptionally well. Any vendor can do a masculine tobacco, vanilla, and wood scent, but the prickly black pepper sets this one apart. On top of that the throw on this candle is insane, coating your space in a beautiful cozy scent like a welcoming log cabin that seems to last long after the crackling candle is extinguished. I hope this fragrance is never discontinued, I am a buyer for life.
