Amazing scent!

Enough scent to fill a large area
Nice holiday through winter fragrance! The WoodWick candles are packaged nicely and fill my open floor plan with a pleasant scent throughout. I find it difficult to find candles with enough throw to fill my living area. These candles always do that!

Such a nice change from floral and food scents. The crackle is so soothing. If you’ve never tried the Woodwick you have to try it. The long candle shape has and extremely long Woodwick that is the next best thing to a fireplace. the flame burns 4 inches along the wick providing a towering flame.

Men’s cologne
My boyfriend bought me this candle because he thought it smells like his cologne. That way I could burn it when he’s on deployment or when he’s not around and think of him. It definitely smells like a strong, youthful cologne. It can be overpowering at times for sure. I don’t typically burn it more than an hour at a time otherwise it gives me a migraine.

As cozy as a fireplace!
I received this candle for Christmas, and my husband and I have so enjoyed it in the cold winter evenings. The crackling sound and wide flame are so cozy, and really evoke the feel of a real fire. The white teak scent is incredibly rich, warm, and cozy. The fragrance even lingers the next day after I’ve burned the candle, without being overpowering. I would definitely purchase this candle again.

I&rsquo;d recommend googling the &ldquo;cotton ball trick&rdquo; for candles. Basically you soak up some of the melted wax in a cotton ball (I use paper towels sometimes too, just be super careful not to set em on fire!). This ends up lowering the wax level and exposing more of the wick, leading to a larger flame. Another trick is to wrap the candle in aluminum foil (I only wrap the top third of the candle, not all of it) so that it insulates the heat and melts the wax fully from end to end. This prevents tunneling. Both are useful and trusty techniques I use whenever the flame gets to be too low, which I find happens often with the tall pillars. Hope this helps.
