I have to carve the wax away from the wick and that still doesn’t help. would actually like for it to be replaced. Also, the wax is turning black. I’ve owned many Woodwick candles but this one is a disappointment.

Try adding a packing slip, this could serve as a way to spot check what's in the box by matching each item to what's on the packing slip. I ordered 1 ellipse pumpkin praline candle, but instead received 2 big apple Christmas candles of a smaller size and shape. Although they smell good, they're not what I ordered, so I'm disappointed and have decided not to order online from Yankee Candle anymore.
