Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sounds and smells amazing! I received the Ethereal Haze Ellipse free from WoodWick and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. It was much bigger than I had thought when I read the size. It was easy to take the lid off. It was a little heavy. I was worried it would be too hot but the glass didn’t heat up too much. I loved the way it looked. The color is beautiful and I found it fascinating how the color changed as it melted from the heat. The original color would return once the flame was gone and it cooled down. It sounded like the fire crackle from a fireplace! The smell was incredible. You could smell it from the other side of the house! I loved how calm I felt as I sat down and listened to the candle. The flame is long and very beautiful. I loved watching the flame grow. Definitely recommend to others looking for a candle that will fill the house with a very pleasant smell!!

My only thing about it is that the crackle is audibly light unless it’s really quiet and when relit, it doesn’t burn as high flame as the first time since the wick is charred. Great big size. Perfect as a gift or centerpiece.

The glass container is thick and heavy so no worry about using the candle for long periods of time. The crackling noise sounds amazing and really hyped up my usage. Usually bigger candles take me awhile to use up but this had been in my rotation steadily I almost don’t want to burn it so I can continue to use the candle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cozy Fireplace Feeling This review is for the Ethereal Haze Ellipse candle by WoodWick (Yankee Candle). The 16 oz scented candle comes in the shape of an ellipse. It looks and feels expensive. The glass is thick and heavy. I’m not worried that it will get too hot on the bottom. The wooden lid adds a nice, cozy touch. The candle wax which consists of a premium blend of soy and paraffin wax is light green which fits to the scent. I can smell gras, citrus and jasmine. It smells fresh but also sweet. I found it to burn evenly and not too fast. I think this candle will last me a longer time. What sets this product apart from most other candles is that it crackles as it burns. Also the flame is longer which creates a wonderful ambiance. It makes me feel like I have my own little fireplace at home. Ideal for the holidays coming up. I would definitely recommend this candle to my family and friends. This would make a really nice gift too.

It was a bit difficult to light initially but once it was lit for the first time every time after that was a breeze. There was a soft crackle of a fireplace, though I wish it was a bit more prominent. The smell intensified as the night progressed. Good size and value.

Scent of fennel, orange, and snap pea really shine in this candle. The vessel itself is a gorgeous almost cats eye shape with thick durable glass. The sound of the wood wick crackling transports me to early spring fires in my wood burning stove when the earth is waking up and things smell fresh and alive again, but the chill is lingering in the early morning air. In love with this candle!

I love the quality, but more than anything I love the scent, it smells so good, and you can smell it all over the house, pretty amazing. Overall, I need like 7 mor, because it is that good. I think my favorite part though is that the candle crackles like a fireplace. It’s great for winding down and relaxing (my dog remains baffled by it though haha). Definitely a wonderful candle to have, especially as we move until the colder months. I would repurchase this.
