Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommended I had brought this candle about years ago and ever since then I fell in love with the aromas that it gave off, It smelled up my whole house and I wouldn't change it for anything. This year I brought over six large jars and a couple of the medium size jars. I hope that the company continues making it and I suggest this candle very highly if you like pumpkins,apples and blackberries then you will definitely like this candle. I highly recommend with more then a Five Star I give it a Ten Star ⭐️

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never make this mistake again... I placed an order 11/2023 for the sale and have had issues with Yankee Candle customer care ever since. The lack of customer care online is real and its not good. I have received two candles out of 6. and have been over charged by $92 so far; the charges change day-to-day I have seen anything like this. I have had to go through my bank to dispute the over charges because online customer care can't refund my money! What?? Couldn't cancel any of the candles not yet shipped and refused to do so. Its the holidays and the last thing I want to do is go through bank processes, BBB, Consumer Affairs to recover my money but Yankee Candle has given me no choice. One of the agents stated "we can't give refunds under any circumstances." I am sorry what Yankee Candle?? You over charge me on candles you did not ship, and charged me one- by -one ($18.24, $18.24, $18.24, $18.24, $18.24, $39.90, $39.90) on again candles that were not in stock; yet, you refused to refund me on any of these charges, The damaged candles we're sent back by USPS and to date 11/13/2023 you still have not refunded any of my money. Order placed on the third of the month. You over charged well over the original order and you were provided screenshots of the bank transactions, Transaction ID numbers and you still refused to take the charges off my debit card. Now I have taken actions against with the BBB to try and recover funds. I should not have to spend my time fighting with you over charges that you clearly took on shipments you never shipped in the first place, you did not bother to refund me for out of stock candles and still have not refunded me for the damaged shipments that were sent back to you as of 11/13/2023. Bad business practices, poor online customer care who does nothing but make excuses, drop calls and doesn't address your mistakes. Clearly I am done with you and I will be happy to move on from you once I have recovered my money. Never again.

I also have sold a lot of other people on this fragrance JUST BECAUSE OF THE TOP SCENT WHICH IS APPLE BASKET. I think it's silly that it's not sold separately as it's whole candle. I still burn it all the way through but I would give so much money just to have an apple basket candle.
