I was so sad when this one burnt out, it was my favorite holiday candle to burn last Christmas. It lasted a very long time and smelled great the whole time. I loved the relaxing sizzle of the woodwick while it burns. I usually don't buy the woodwick because of the price, but it was so worth it.

Perfect Holiday Candle
This candle is beautiful, smells like the holidays and has a wide, flickering wick that creates a beautiful ambiance. Just note that the candle is not round. I didn’t catch that when I ordered it. It’s more of a football shape, which you can’t tell from the picture.

Very festive!
This is a wonderful scent collection. I received it as a gift, and was so happy to see that it included two of my favorite scents and one that I just knew I would love. I always buy WoodWicks, but never in the ellipse shape before. The long hearth wick has a much fuller sound than the small wicks in the hourglass-shaped ones, and sounds very cozy. I can't wait to enjoy this all winter.

Excellent scents.
The scents are fantastic, and the popping sound made by the burning wick adds to the atmosphere. As the different waxes melt, the colors blend and it turns kinda brown, so not the prettiest after that happens, but still enjoyable.

Quality control issue
I purchased a few of the Ellipse to burn during the holidays and had one left over from 2020. I recently burned that one and it literally won’t burn. The wick was lopsided. finally got it to burn after scooping out a full jar of wax. See photo. Even with this, the flame was barely there which completely defeats the purpose of getting a woodwick when you can’t hear the crackle. Very disappointed.

Beautiful but burns quickly
I knew I loved the individual scents in this trilogy so I expected to enjoy them together. I usually don’t buy the combination type candles but this was so festive that I bought it to burn Christmas Day. The scent combinations are wonderful together, a bit of berries and pine… really beautiful and festive. I reuse the containers so I’m excited for the unique shape, however I would recommend the hourglass shape over the ellipse shape. The large wick does sound more crackly than the hourglass jars but these burn so quickly that for the same price, the hourglass shape is so much more worth the money. I burned this all day on Christmas and was down to about a third left to use up halfway through the next day. Two days of use isn’t really worth the price point to me even for the relaxing sounds. Also, after the colors melted and combined it ended up looking like a brownish chocolate milk color, very muddy. Scent wise this is amazing and was a nice splurge for the holidays but I wouldn’t buy this shape again.
