Purchased this as gift for hubby at Christmas. He loved it. Enjoyed the scent immensly. Did not smell like a girl's candle. He also found the crackling effect comforting and relaxing. Just like a real wood fireplace
I don't have a real fireplace, just a flame effect heater that I use in the fall and winter months but when I burn my Fireside candle it seems like it is real! I love the smell and the awesome cozy atmosphere if creates on a cold fall evening and winter day! The crackle and smell is like a real fire. I will continue to buy this one for myself and have given it as a gift to my son and daughter in-law and they love it too!

Love this candle!
I keep one of these burning at my desk all day while working from home due to the pandemic. I love the soothing crackling in the background and the woodsy campfire smells to bring me back to sitting around the firepit with friends in the summer. Can’t wait to do the real thing soon enough!
These candles also last way longer than others I’ve purchased, even burning them for hours each day.

Such a calming scent and sound
I was given this candle at Christmas and
It was my first WoodWick candle. The smell is comforting like an old wool blanket...and the sound is just like my fireplace. After the candle was used up, I cleaned out the residue and use it for other needs. As an Environmental Training Program Manager, I always like to show my trainees new ways to use items that would be placed into the garbage otherwise. I use this WoodWick candle jar to show how I use it to hold my colorful dog waste bags by the front door.

Perfect for lighting on a rainy day!
I absolutely love the smell of this candle, it is the closest to a fireplace smell I have every found. The burn time for the large woodwick last forever! I love lighting this candle late at night or when it is gloomy out as it sets such a relaxing mood. Would definitely recommend this candle.

Fireside is my favorite scent also. I wasn&rsquo;t aware there was a Fireside brown candle, &nbsp;having only used the green. I looked through the candle selection and found Fireside in green and a light color, maybe a pale gray. I&rsquo;m sorry I can&rsquo;t help you, but I&rsquo;m sure by contacting Yankee, you should be able to find out information on the brown Fireside you mention.&nbsp;

You are definitely not the only one who would love an unsented crackling candle. I have allergies, asthma, and suffer from migraines but just can not give up my wonderful YC candles. When I light my candles, I place them on the hightest shelf downstairs so the scent fills the house (this usually minimizes my direct smoke contact as the candle burns). When I put out the flame, I place the lid back on so I don't smell the smoke. When I shop online or at the mall, I buy my favorite scents and a few of the YC unscented taper candles (they are smokeless and dripless). I enjoy Yankee Candles but for people with allergies or sensitivities their vegan paraffin wax candles may cause some irritations. If YC could create a line of woodwick candles similar to their unscented taper candles or create a soy or beeswax line I would be happier camper...and broke LOL.
