Unique and sophisticated
This isn’t your typical apple cinnamon scent. Like many of the Woodwick candles this is a more complex and sophisticated scent. The apple and pear scents are there but this isn’t an overly fruity bright scent. It’s sweet and a bit smoky. The amber and woody notes really tone down the fruit notes and make this scent really unique and stand out among the many other spiced apple candles I already have. The wicks are always enjoyable and the wax pooled nicely. Throw is around a 6/10, it isn’t overpowering and it didn’t fill the whole house but it was nice in a decent sized room.

Terrible customer service
I have loved woodwick candles. However, I will not be ordering them online anymore. I get that sometimes the candles separate from the glass . But this is a bit much. Customer service is subpar and I feel as though there are Quality control issues. These candles are not acceptable to me. However, Woodwick customer service said they are fine. Which I’m sure they do burn fine. However, I did not purchase these for myself. These were bought for gifts and cracks and crystallization it’s not something that I want to gift to loved ones. They look terrible. Some of the photos do not do them justice. In 3 of the 4 candles I ordered the front has cracks and some kind of crystallization. They all are different colors. I have ordered from Yankee candle and woodwick and never had issues like this. I realize that every candle can’t be perfect but to me, these have a bit of excessive damage for giftgiving. They do not look like they came directly from the supplier. Customer service really didn’t care to help. I’ll just return them and be sure to leave my feedback on customer service. Thanks for the waisted time.
