I have lit my woodwork once and the flame was beautiful, lit it again today and there’s barely a flame. What can I do to fix this?

I’d recommend googling the “cotton ball trick” for candles. Basically you soak up some of the melted wax in a cotton ball (I use paper towels sometimes too, just be super careful not to set em on fire!). This ends up lowering the wax level and exposing more of the wick, leading to a larger flame. Another trick is to wrap the candle in aluminum foil (I only wrap the top third of the candle, not all of it) so that it insulates the heat and melts the wax fully from end to end. This prevents tunneling. Both are useful and trusty techniques I use whenever the flame gets to be too low, which I find happens often with the tall pillars. Hope this helps.
