Great but overpowering smell

Sickeningly sweet scent
I bought this candle in the large tumbler size because of the positive reviews—terrible idea. I can’t even leave the lid off, let alone burn it for more than 10 seconds, because it has such a powerful, overwhelmingly sweet scent. I even tried burning it with the window open, but it is still way too sweet, and way too strong. Puke.

Smells so good I almost want to eat it
This candle not just looks aesthetically pleasing, the aroma it releases gives me happy hormones. It smells so, so good that my husband thought I had a yummy dessert cooking up in the oven. We have always loved Yankee Candles’ WoodWicks, they just give off a different vibe when lit. It feels luxurious and relaxing, two qualities that I definitely look out for when purchasing candles and aromatics. The shape and color of this candle makes it so easy on the eyes too so I don’t mind displaying this functional candle anywhere in my home. This product, specifically the Whipped Matcha scent is a sure repeat buy for me and I am looking forward to trying other new scents from WoodWick.

This candle smells so amazing. I lit it on my bedside table and turned off the lights, listening to the popping and sizzling sound... Watching the light dance on the walls. Soon, the scent filled the room and was lulling me to sleep. I had to blow it out and go to bed. When i awoke the next day, the room still smelled like whipped matcha. I adore this candle and will be purchasing another one.

Smells like a bakery!
My husband and I both have an obsession with candles but had never purchased the woodwick brand. This matcha scent smells like our house is a bakery filled with yummy macaroons. I love the crackling sound the wick makes too.

I LOVE this candle. It smells absolutely amazing, and with a scent like matcha I feel that can be hit or miss since it is such a subtle smell. The ambience these candles provide is great, too. The wood wick gives a small crackling sound and flickers on occasion. Fantastic brand!

Love the size of this candle and the way the fire burns on the woodwick. The whipped matcha smells really nice and reminds me a lot of vanilla but with a very subtle matcha nuance. Definitely a sweeter smelling candle.

The whipped matcha smells really good. The scent makes your home smell sweet and cozy but modern. The shape of the candle is unique and I love it, but my favorite part of the candle is the crackle effect. I am definitely going to buy some other scents because I am so in love with this candle. This candle is literally what dreams are made of, first off the quality of the glass and everything is incredible.. it definitely has some weight to it, the smell is divine! And then to top it off it crackles like a fireplace when lit... this candle is literally everything I could ever ask for... I need more

Wood wick candles are really top notch quality, the whipped matcha has a soft relaxing scent. I love the shape of this one for my coffee table. The crackling sounds like a fire place. The size of this candle is incredibly generous. It’s going to last a long time. The jar is beautiful with a pretty wooden lid, and the labeling looks high end. The whipped matcha scent is AMAZING! I hate candles, I am just not a fan, but this one is different. The soft crackle of the WoodWick, and the soft sweet fragrance is fantastic. At times it smells like roasted marshmallows. The light scent of the Whipped Matcha is perfect, for those who like light scents. There is a quick melting point so the scent comes out fast. It lights easily and is actually pretty.

Most amazing candle I’ve ever had!
I absolutely love this candle! The woodwick is my favorite and I live watching the large flame. I chose Whipped Matcha and I’m so happy I went with something new. It’s such a warm, sweet and inviting scent. I also happen to love matcha so that makes this candle my all time favorite I’ve ever owned. I took a few pictures to capture its magic!

I am obsessed with this candle. The scent is heavenly, but not too overpowering. It’s perfect for our living room and makes the entire room smell great. The wick is extra long (horizontally) so instead of just a small flame, it burns in a long line which I love. It has the crackling sound as well while it burns. Super cozy, highly recommend.
